Herstory and Hopes

The founder of our mindfulness t-shirt company, Niashani Washington, is a clinical massage therapist, national board-certified health coach, teacher, speaker, and meditation facilitator. 

OUR VISION

To provide all BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) with the healing tools of mindfulness, self-compassion, and self-care in order to combat the crippling effects of racism in the world.

OUR MISSION

We will improve the health of marginalized communities & reduce the onset of cardiovascular disease, obesity, and hypertension.

We will decrease the physical and mental health disparities among BIPOC by providing health education, reducing stress and anxiety and increasing resiliency.

We will create a thriving global community that embraces wellness, spirituality, and mindfulness as a lifestyle.
